(formerly Xingtai Changhao Cable Co., Ltd.), established in April 1998, is located in the Xicheng Industrial Zone of Ningjin County, Hebei Provincial Development Zone, on the middle section of Xihua Road. It is 60 kilometers southeast of Shijiazhuang, the capital city, situated on the south side of National Highway 308, adjacent to Qingyin Expressway to the north and 1 kilometer away from Provincial Highway 393 to the south. The company covers an area of 39,960 square meters and has a building area of 11,000 square meters, with fixed assets of 150 million yuan. It currently employs 350 staff, including 56 technical personnel. The annual output value reaches 450 million yuan.
