I. Product Application


This electric furnace is primarily used for the heat treatment processes such as solution treatment, quenching, annealing, aging, and tempering of blanks or semi-finished parts made of high-temperature alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys, copper alloys, and structural steel. It is particularly effective for the heat treatment of automotive forkshafts and aerospace materials.

Furnace Chamber Material: The inner bottom of the furnace chamber is lined with hard refractory bricks, featuring standard bricks with grooved sides for the placement of furnace wires on both sides. The outer lining is made of alumina fiber material. The top of the furnace chamber and the front furnace door are constructed with fiberboard, which is lightweight and has a low specific heat. This furnace chamber design combines the benefits of traditional refractory brick chambers, such as high load-bearing capacity, resistance to thermal shock, and long service life, with the advantages of fiberboard chambers, including low weight, low energy consumption, and high cost-performance ratio. This makes it highly advantageous in the electric furnace industry market, with ease of use and minimal labor involved.


11. Control System: This equipment utilizes a single-point temperature control method. The temperature control system is composed of a temperature control gauge, a three-phase phase shifter, an air switch, temperature control thermocouples, and various protective electrical components. All electrical components are of high-quality domestic brands, such as Xiamen Yudian, Zhejiang Taite Electric. It can record the temperature rise process curve in real-time and various alarms.


12. Heating System: This equipment employs a three-sided heating method, with heating elements strategically arranged at the bottom of the furnace and in grooves on the side walls, utilizing different power density distributions.


13. Temperature Control Instruments: Equipped with intelligent temperature control instruments, accuracy not less than 0.3 grade, capable of programming 30 heating curves, featuring PID adjustment, power limitation, over-temperature alarm, and more.


14. Temperature Sensor: K-Type Thermocouple


15. Load Capacity: 1.2 tons


16. Display Window: Dual display for measuring and setting temperatures, with a light bar indicating heating power.
