Welding Wire Features:This is a widely used anti-rust aluminum with moderate strength (slightly higher than pure industrial aluminum), which cannot be heat-treated for strengthening, so cold working methods are employed to enhance its mechanical properties: it exhibits high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity during semi-cold working hardening, low plasticity during cold working hardening, excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, but poor machinability.
Welding Applications:Primarily used for parts requiring high plasticity and good weldability, which operate in liquid or gas mediums under low loads, such as fuel tanks, gasoline or lubricant conduits, various liquid containers, and other small-load components made by deep drawing, as well as wire material for rivets.
