Welding Wire Features:3003 aluminum alloy is an AL-Mn series alloy, a widely used type of corrosion-resistant aluminum. This alloy has low strength (slightly higher than pure industrial aluminum), cannot be heat-treated for strengthening, so it employs cold working methods to enhance its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity during semi-cold working hardening, low plasticity during cold working hardening, excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, but poor machinability.
Welding Applications:Primarily used for parts requiring high plasticity and good weldability, which operate in liquid or gas mediums under low loads, such as fuel tanks, gas or lubricant conduits, various liquid containers, and other small-load components made by deep drawing, as well as wire material for rivets.
