Welding Wire Features:This is a widely used anti-rust aluminum with moderate strength (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum), which cannot be heat-treated for strengthening, so cold working methods are used to enhance its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity during semi-cold working hardening, low plasticity during cold working hardening, excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, but poor machinability.
Welding Applications:主要用于 high-tensile plasticity and excellent weldability requirements, low-load parts operating in liquid or gas mediums, such as fuel tanks, gasoline or lubricant conduits, various liquid containers, and other small-load parts made by deep drawing, as well as wire for making rivets.
