Aluminum-magnesium welding wire 5183
Welding Wire Standard: GB/T10858-2008
Performance Features: SAL5183 is an aluminum-magnesium welding wire containing nearly 5% magnesium and higher manganese content, suitable for welding high-magnesium materials like 5083 and 5654 alloys that require high tensile strength (such as tensile strength of 276MPa or more). It exhibits excellent resistance to seawater corrosion and low-temperature performance. After anodizing the weld bead, it becomes white, providing a good color match for the weld joint.
Application: Used for welding of aluminum alloys in ship structures, offshore platforms, low-temperature containers, railway locomotives, and the automotive industry.
