Many stainless steel stamping stretched parts have high hardness requirements. However, as the material becomes harder, the stretching difficulty increases. Sometimes, heat treatment is required after forming to meet the hardness requirements. But the stamped parts after heat treatment are prone to deformation, which needs to be considered in the die design. 3. Tool selection: Due to the high hardness of stainless steel, there will be relatively greater wear on the die cutting edge. Therefore, when selecting tools, it is necessary to make appropriate choices based on the hardness of the stainless steel material.
