The upper rotating hammer of the exciter produces a planar circular vibration on the sieve surface, while the lower rotating hammer generates a conical rotary vibration. The combined effect of these hammers creates a complex spiral vibration on the sieve surface. The vibration path is a complex spatial curve, which projects as a circle on the horizontal plane and an ellipse on the vertical plane. Adjusting the excitation force of the upper and lower rotating hammers can alter the amplitude. Moreover, adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower hammers can modify the curve shape of the sieve surface's movement path and change the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
A filtering mechanical separation device for slurry solid phase treatment, consisting of a sieve and an oscillator. The fineness of the sieve is indicated by mesh count, with screens below 50 mesh considered coarse and those above 80 mesh considered fine. The oscillator is an eccentric wheel that rotates under the power of an electric motor, causing the sieve frame to vibrate. Due to the vibration of the sieve frame, coarser solid particles are retained on the sieve surface when the slurry flows onto it, and they are discharged along the inclined surface from one end. Finer solid particles and slurry liquid pass through the sieve holes and flow into the slurry pool.
