Pellet mill maintenance and care
The maintenance and care requirements for the whole grain machine mainly include four points:
1. Cleanliness: The equipment should be clean both inside and out, with no oil stains on sliding surfaces, screws, racks, gearboxes, oil holes, etc. There should be no oil or gas leaks from any parts, and all debris and dirt around the equipment must be thoroughly cleaned.
2. Neatness: Tools, accessories, and workpieces should be neatly arranged; pipelines and wiring should be orderly.
3. Proper Lubrication: Regularly refuel or change oil, no oil depletion, no dry friction, normal oil pressure, clear oil gauge, unobstructed oil paths, oil quality meets requirements; oil gun, oil cup, and oil mat are clean.
4. Safety: Adhere to safety operation procedures, do not overwork equipment, ensure that all safety protection devices are complete and reliable, and promptly eliminate unsafe factors.
