(6) Ball Retainer Rail Installation Guide

Ball receiver railing installation typically includes two methods: horizontal and step installation. Specifically:

(1) Horizontal Installation:

1) When there's ample installation space, align the posts and pipe fittings parallel to the installation area. Pass the posts through the railing pipe fittings from both ends, straighten the handrail railing, and install the fixing bolts. Locate and tighten the bolts, and add washers if necessary.

2) When space for installation is insufficient, secure the end posts, thread the handrail through the posts, pass the posts through the railing fittings, and place spacers under the floor; continue threading the posts, placing spacers beneath the next post; move the previous post to the fixed position; install bolts and level, adding washers if necessary.

Step-by-step installation

1) Please install in the first phase for safety.

2) After the initial stage of installation and positioning, install the second pillar but do not secure it.

3) Thread the railing components onto the first pillar to half a ball position, with the remaining sections suspended.

4) Install the railing pipe fittings on the first and second posts, extending them approximately 75mm beyond the first post.

5) Install and weld the elbow securely in place.
