We strictly control the entry point,杜绝unqualified raw materials from entering the canteen from the procurement stage, establish a raw material acceptance map, and strictly reject materials that do not meet the storage requirements. 2. From raw material procurement, storage inspection, to storage, initial processing, cutting, cooking, staple food processing, and sale, strict standards are set for each process. The food processing process and service process are refined into hundreds of control points, which are monitored throughout the process by quality inspectors and health supervisors to ensure zero accidents in food hygiene and safety. 4.
