Ensure the following 8 points are met before and during the operation of our refrigerated trucks to maintain optimal vehicle care.
Before setting off, ensure the refrigerated truck has sufficient fuel; only with ample fuel can it reach its destination smoothly.
Before the vehicle sets off, check that the refrigerated truck is properly connected to its battery, ensure the battery cables are not damaged, and remember to verify that the electrolyte is sufficient.
Before operating a refrigerated truck, check the entire vehicle for any loose parts or other issues. If any are found, they must be addressed and resolved before the truck is driven on the road.
Ensure that the drainage system is clear and unobstructed before operating a refrigerated truck.
5. When loading goods into the vehicle, be sure to position the cargo away from the evaporator's air outlet to maintain a circulation of cool air within the cargo box, ensuring no area is left without cooling.
6. When placing refrigerated trucks on the road, check that the coolant is correct. The liquid level indicator should be within the normal range. If the refrigerant is low, it must be topped up promptly. Ethylene glycol and water mixtures are used for refrigeration inside the vehicle to maintain the freshness of the goods.

During our normal operation, the maintenance and care of vehicles and refrigeration units are inextricably linked. The maintenance schedule for refrigeration units is based on engine runtime. The maintenance and care interval for refrigeration units in refrigerated trucks is typically between 500 to 700 hours, requiring replacements of items such as air filters, oil filters, fuel filters; and also checking the tension of belts, for any leaks in the refrigeration system, etc. However, some individual brands of refrigeration units have adopted synthetic or semi-synthetic oil to replace conventional oil in response to environmental demands, aiming to minimize environmental damage and reduce emissions of harmful substances. This practice extends the maintenance interval to around 2000 hours.
