Cable Packing Fabric: Nonwoven, Plain Weave Nonwoven, Lightweight Nonwoven, Thin Nonwoven, available in white color, suitable for rubber cables, power cables, cables, communication cables, coaxial cables, audio stage cables, and optical fibers, etc. They are finer and lighter, making cable manufacturing cost-effective. They offer flexibility, ideal for covering wires and cables. These nonwoven fabrics can withstand temperatures up to 230 degrees without melting or deforming and do not require woven cable fabrics. They boast excellent corrosion and sulfur resistance.

Additionally, due to the ability of cable cores to connect under external forces, the cable sheath is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of cable packaging cloth is mostly nonwoven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively rare. As nonwoven fabrics do not require spinning or weaving, they simply align short textile fibers or filaments in a directional or random manner to form a fiber network structure, which is then reinforced using mechanical, heat bonding, or chemical methods.
