Packaging fabric

Packaging Fabric: Non-woven, plain weave non-woven, lightweight non-woven, thin non-woven, in white color. Suitable for rubber cables, power cables, wires, communication cables, coaxial cables, audio stage cables, and optical fibers, etc. They are thinner and lighter, thus not increasing the cost of cable production significantly. They also offer flexibility, making them ideal for covering wires and cables of various types. The non-woven fabric for cables boasts instant temperature resistance up to 230 degrees without melting or deforming, and excellent corrosion and sulfur resistance without the need for woven materials.

Additionally, since cable cores can be connected under external force, the cable jacket is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of cable packaging fabrics is mostly non-woven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively scarce. As non-woven fabrics do not require spinning and weaving, they merely align short textile fibers or filaments in a directional or random manner to form a fiber network structure, which is then reinforced using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods.
