Packaging fabric

Packaging Fabric: Non-woven, plain weave non-woven, lightweight non-woven, thin non-woven; white color. Suitable for rubber cables, power cables, wires, communication cables, coaxial cables, audio stage cables, and optical fibers, etc. They are finer and lighter, thus the cost of cable manufacturing is not high. They are flexible, suitable for various wire and cable coatings, cable non-woven fabrics, and have instant heat resistance up to 230 degrees without melting or deforming. They do not require woven fabrics and offer excellent corrosion and sulfur resistance.

Additionally, since cable cores can be connected together under external force, the cable sheath is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of cable packaging fabrics is mostly non-woven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively rare. As non-woven fabrics do not require spinning and weaving, they merely arrange short textile fibers or filaments in an oriented or random alignment to form a fiber network structure, and then reinforce it using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods.
