Hoisting equipment, commonly referred to as cranes like overhead cranes, gantry cranes, etc., is essentially the same as what we call cranes. The driving methods of hoisting equipment are generally categorized into two types: one is centralized drive, where a single motor powers a long drive shaft to drive both sides' active wheels; the other is individual drive, with each side's active wheel being powered by a separate motor. Medium and small-sized bridge cranes often use an integrated "three-in-one" drive system, combining brakes, reducers, and motors. For bridge cranes with heavy lifting capacities, the drive unit commonly employs universal joints for easier installation and adjustment.
