Maintenance Steps for Belt Misalignment of Cable Laying Machines

During the operation of the cable conveyor, special attention should be paid to the corresponding maintenance. Generally, these metals have a service life, so we should operate according to relevant standards and set the parameters of the cable conveyor considering the characteristics of the processed products of the material to ensure that the entire machine's processing effect meets the required standards. Additionally, beginners should take these factors into account during operation, develop good usage habits, and monitor the progress of the cable conveyor.


After the cable end passes through the conveyor for 1.5 meters, start the machine, place the cable in the center of the machine track, then turn the clamping handle to securely grip the cable during the conveying process. The clamping force can be adjusted as needed. It is preferable to visually inspect that there is no relative sliding between the conveyor belt and the cable. Before the cable enters the conveyor, clean off any lubricant (powder) and dirt from the cable surface. After each use, all parts should be cleaned, and steel parts should be oiled for maintenance. After the machine has been running for a while, the chain may become loose. Users should adjust it themselves and add a bit of oil to the chain.


The cable conveyor's deceleration mechanism is rational, ensuring stable speed and constant traction. It can be equipped with an intelligent control device to achieve digital control of constant speed and constant torque. Structural features and working principle: The cable conveyor is an electric motor used for laying power cables (or communication cables). This cable conveyor utilizes dual-axis drive, allowing the conveying force and gravity to act on the two directions of the cable separately, which is beneficial for protecting both directions of the cable and its relative edge layer.


The cable conveyor's power supply utilizes a 380V three-phase four-wire system, with the control box and housing securely grounded. To ensure synchronized transmission of the cable laying machines and prevent individual machines from damaging the power supply due to a fault, a complete electrical control system (provided separately by the user) should be equipped for the power circuit. This system consists of the main control box, sub-control boxes, power lines, and control boxes. One main control box can control 8 sub-control boxes, with each sub-control box controlling one cable laying machine. During on-site machine arrangement, all machines should be set according to the cable laying direction, then powered on for trial operation to check if the machine running directions are consistent.
