1. When the facing surface encounters corrosive medium, the gaps can be sealed with blocking materials, as shown in the waterproof sleeve collection; installation diagram of flexible waterproof sleeve (Type A).

2. Flexible waterproof sleeve filling materials: asphalt felt, polystyrene board, polyvinyl chloride foam board.

3. Sealants: Polysulfide sealant, Polyurethane sealant.

4. Welding structural dimensions and geometric tolerances are executed as required. The welding process employed is manual arc welding, using electrode type E4303 and grade J422. The basic shape and dimensions of the weld groove are in accordance with GB985-88.

5. When flexible waterproof conduit is formed by rolling, the allowable deviation of circumference is: D2 ≤ 600, D2 > 600 ± 0.0035D2.

6. The concrete wall thickness at the point of penetration should be no less than 300mm; otherwise, the wall should be thickened on one side or both sides, with the diameter of the thickened section at least D5+200.

Flexible Waterproof Pipe Thimble: The weight is calculated based on L=300. If the wall thickness exceeds 300, a separate calculation is required.

8. When the flexible waterproof sleeve pipe encounters a non-concrete wall, a local concrete wall should be used instead. The pouring range should be 200mm larger than the diameter (D5) of the flange, and the sleeve pipe must be cast in place within the interior wall.
