Corrosion and Waterproof Properties: The inner surface is made of 197# resin or vinyl resin with excellent corrosion resistance, containing ≥70% binder. The fiber materials chosen include surface felt and chopped felt to ensure the product's corrosion resistance and waterproof properties.
Good overall integrity: The tank is formed as a whole without any joints, with hoop and longitudinal reinforcing ribs wrapped with FRP to form an integrated structure. This electrolytic cell features high bearing capacity, good rigidity, strong impact resistance, and will not produce any cracks.
Lightweight: The specific gravity of FRP is 1.8 kg/cm³, which is only one-third the weight of traditional concrete and steel-lined FRP electrolytic cells.
