Rustproof aluminum coil is a widely used type of rustproof aluminum coil. This alloy boasts high strength, especially fatigue resistance; it has high plasticity and corrosion resistance, cannot be heat treated for strengthening, maintains good plasticity during semi-cold working hardening, but low plasticity during cold working hardening, excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability, and can be polished. Its main applications are in components requiring high plasticity and good weldability, such as low-load parts operating in liquid or gas mediums, like fuel tanks, gasoline or lubricant conduits, various liquid containers, and other small-load parts made by deep drawing. The wire material is used for rivets.
