Injection Molding Waste Gas Treatment Solution
The injection molding machine is set in an enclosed workshop, with a gas collection hood installed above the area where organic waste gases are produced to collect the process waste gases. After collection, they are transported to a "two-stage activated carbon adsorption" unit for treatment before being emitted high into the air through a 15-meter-high exhaust stack.
Injection Molding Waste Disposal Standard
Processed to meet the special emission limits for atmospheric pollutants in Table 5 of the "Emission Standard of Pollutants from Synthetic Resin Industry" (GB31572-2015), and odor concentration meets the emission standards for malodorous pollutants in Table 2 of the "Emission Standard of Malodorous Pollutants" (GB14554-93). Non-total hydrocarbons not collected from the project are emitted organically in the workshop through enhanced mechanical ventilation. The unorganized emission of waste gas at the factory boundary meets the requirements of the concentration limits for atmospheric pollutants at the enterprise boundary in Table 9 of the "Emission Standard of Pollutants from Synthetic Resin Industry" (GB31572-2015), and unorganized emissions within the factory area meet the requirements for VOCs unorganized emissions in Table A.1 of the "Control Standard for Unorganized Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds" (GB37822-2019). The odor concentration also meets the requirements for the secondary expansion and reconstruction standards for malodorous pollutants at the factory boundary in the "Emission Standard of Malodorous Pollutants" (GB14554-93). Dust produced from crushing and polishing processes, after mechanical ventilation, satisfies the requirements for concentration limits of atmospheric pollutants at the enterprise boundary in Table 9 of the "Emission Standard of Pollutants from Synthetic Resin Industry" (GB31572-2015) and the stricter monitoring concentration limits for unorganized emissions during periods in the "Emission Limitation Standard for Air Pollutants" (DB44/27-2001) of Guangdong Province.
