I. Purpose and Features

The Double-blade Rock Core Sample Cutting Machine is our company's sixth-generation non-metallic cutting machine developed in accordance with the requirements for stone material specimens in highway and geological department laboratories, referring to relevant materials from the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, and the Ministry of Chemical Industry.

This machine features a compact, fully enclosed design with low noise levels. The stone cutting surface is smooth and clean, and it is versatile, capable of cutting mixed stone and core extraction.

Xinyang, a manufacturer of natural stone, asphalt, refractory materials, marble, as well as pipe materials, cutting slices, and thin slices, is widely used in the sampling processes of scientific research departments in industries such as dry oil, geology, coal, metallurgy, railways, highways, and bridges. Three Working Principles

This machine is mainly composed of a welded frame made of angle and channel steel. It includes the main shaft motor, cutting blade shaft, cutting blades, rock clamps, worktable, workpiece feeding and reversing speed control device, electrical control cabinet, and spray housing.

The main shaft motor is mounted at the bottom of the frame, driven to the cutting blade shaft via a V-belt, rotating the cutting blades. The workpiece feed and return motor is installed in the lower right corner, driven to the transmission and worktable feed screw via a V-belt. The cooling water inlet is mounted in the upper left corner, directly directing water flow into the work area and onto the cutting blades for cooling with tap water. The electrical control section is housed in the control cabinet and connected to various electrical components through cables.

The machine operates with a cutting blade rotating and workpiece movement, where the cutting blade shaft is fixed to the machine frame, the cutting blades are mounted on the cutting blade shaft and rotate, the workpiece is clamped on the worktable, and moves in and out with the table to achieve the cutting purpose. The power supply utilizes a three-phase four-wire system (note: three hot and one neutral), with a voltage of 380 volts. The entire unit is powered by two motors, each operating at 220 volts.The system operates at 380 volts, centrally controlled from the control cabinet. The forward and reverse motors are equipped with three-phase 380V variable-speed motors, which are controlled by a variable-frequency inverter to achieve wide-range variable-speed adjustments.
