Operation Instructions for Automatic Rock Sawing Machine:

After the machine is installed securely, connect the external power supply to the control box.

2. Check for the flexibility of all parts of the unit and whether any fasteners are loose.

3. Turn on the main power switch; the power indicator light illuminates.

4. Press the "On" button for the cutting blade, observe the rotation direction of the blade and the arrow on the housing. If they are opposite, an adjustment is needed. The other rotating directions of the entire machine are the same as the cutting blade at the time of factory shipment.

Everything is set, and as long as the cutting blade turns correctly, everything should be fine.

5 double-edged blade saws with two sets of sleeves, 50mm and 100mm, are available for use with stone specimens ranging from 50 to 150 cubic or 50 to 150 round. For cutting 50mm specimens, the 50mm sleeve can be used.

For 100mm specimens, use a 100mm sleeve pad; for 150mm specimens, two sleeve pads can be used together.

Ensure a sufficient amount of water is directly sprayed onto the blades.

Prior to loading rocks, run the machine empty for several minutes by sequentially pressing the start button, then re-tighten the blade nuts with a wrench.

8. Depending on the rock shape, utilize different clamping methods to ensure the rock pieces are securely and tightly clamped, preventing any loose or false clamping. This is to avoid the blade being affected during the cutting process due to the rock's movement.

9. Start the cutting motor first, then press the feeding button.

The tachometer indicates the speed of the working feed and return motor. By turning the speed control knob during the feed and return process, the speed of the cutting blade can be adjusted. Based on experience, the speed is generally around 300 RPM when cutting harder rocks. For moderately hard rocks, it's around 600 RPM, and for soft rocks, it's around 900 RPM.
