Cement pipes are pre-fabricated管道 made from cement and steel reinforcement, used as urban drainage pipes and also as water supply pipes in special industrial and mining facilities. The pipes are formed using plastic concrete, resulting in a layered wall structure that affects the concrete's load-bearing capacity; the concrete grade is typically C30, but can also reach C40, as in the case of Qingyang Dongchuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., which produces cement pipes of all specifications up to C40. However, the concrete at the pipe mouth is intentionally lower than the body, making it unsuitable for open-trench installation. During the molding process, the pipe mold lies horizontally on a centrifugal machine and rotates at high speed, with the steel mesh moving along with it. Issues that can affect the lifespan of the pipes include loose weld points in the steel mesh, leading to "slip" and "leak" phenomena, causing localized areas without steel reinforcement. After molding, the steel mesh is difficult to center, resulting in an eccentric steel mesh, meaning the protective layer of the steel mesh is uneven. This process requires a large number of molds to**increase production, and each mold has dimensional discrepancies. Prolonged disassembly and assembly of open molds can also result in significant deformation, leading to large deviations in the roundness, verticality of the pipe mouth, diameter, and length of the pipes, affecting the installation quality of the project. Leakage can cause the road surface to sink, and pollute the soil and groundwater on both sides of the pipeline.
Therefore, the cement pipe machinery factory should continuously research and improve the production of cement pipe machines, which have the advantages of reasonable structure, scientific transmission methods, labor and energy-saving, high production efficiency, robustness, reliability, long service life, and low maintenance costs. These machines have reached the advanced level domestically and are well-received by users both domestically and internationally, extending the lifespan of cement pipe machinery.
