The principle of the workshop fogging dust removal system: Ordinary water is filtered through a specific water filtration device, then pressurized to over 4.5MPa by a high-pressure main unit. The pressurized water is then sprayed through a ruby pin nozzle via high-pressure pipes, altering the velocity distribution of the jet's cross-section, causing large water droplets to break down and become misty into smaller particles. Under the action of air pressure, these small droplets are further broken down and atomized into countless fine mists with diameters ranging from 5 to 15 micrometers. Due to their tiny size, these mist particles can remain suspended in the air for a long time. When they come into contact with airborne dust, they adhere to it, gradually becoming one. Once the weight of the suspended dust particles reaches a certain level, where its gravity exceeds buoyancy, it will settle to the ground, achieving the purpose of dust removal and air purification.
