The workshop spray dust removal system operates by passing ordinary water through a specific water filtration device. The filtered water is then pressurized to over 4.5 MPa by a high-pressure main unit. The high-pressure water is channeled through a ruby jet nozzle, where it impacts and alters the jet cross-sectional velocity distribution, breaking large water droplets into a mist of smaller particles. These small droplets, under the influence of air pressure, are further broken down and atomized into countless "fine mists" with diameters ranging from 5 to 15 micrometers. Due to their tiny size, these mist particles can remain suspended in the air for a long time. When they encounter airborne dust particles, they adhere to them, gradually becoming one. As the weight of the suspended dust particles increases to a certain point, where gravity exceeds buoyancy, they settle to the ground, achieving the purpose of dust removal and air purification.
