The ZB200 Precision Bearing Inspection Machine is an ultrasonic flaw detection device designed for high-end bearing precision testing. It can automatically inspect bearing rings with a detection accuracy of up to 0.25mm.

Equipment meets the European standard (EN 12080:2007), features automatic bearing detection and intelligent damage assessment, boasts small size, high precision, and low noise, and achieves

Levels and standards of laboratory equipment.


The equipment analyzes, calculates, and fuses ultrasonic echo signals from multiple probes using data fusion algorithms, obtaining internal defect data of the bearing rings, thus revealing the internal condition of the bearing.

Inspection for defects such as hairline cracks, inclusions, bubbles, and line marks.


The equipment uses manual feeding, with the inspection section consisting of a rotating inspection table and ultrasonic probes. During operation, the operator secures the item to be inspected on the rotating table, followed by scanning with the ultrasonic probes.

Automated scanning detection with alarm function during the inspection process, preventing damage from misoperations to the equipment. Achieves green and safe bearing inspection, enhancing bearing quality.
