Materials include: ordinary optical glass, K9, quartz, sapphire, germanium, and very brittle materials like ZnS, ZnSe, etc. Diameter range: 0.3mm - 50mm. We have a stock of many models of spherical and hemispherical lenses. We have stock for spheres with diameters of 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm, and 38mm.

Spherical Lenses: Available in various sizes as per customer's drawings.

2. Roundness ≤ 0.001 (including zero error spheres at the micron level)

3. Finish: 60/40, 40/20, 20/10

4. Diameter Tolerance: ±0.001/0.0025/0.005/0.01 (including zero error spheres at micron-level increments)

5. Materials: fused quartz, BK7, K9, sapphire, white sapphire, germanium, ZnS, ZnSe, and other optical glasses.

Hemispheric Lenses: Available in various sizes as per customer drawings. 1. Diameter Φ1-Φ40mm; center thickness tolerance ±0.05mm; outer diameter tolerance ±0.05mm; 2. Materials: fused quartz, BK7, K9, sapphire, white sapphire, germanium, ZnS, ZnSe, and other optical glasses; 3. Transmittance ≥92%; 4. Finish: 60/40.

5. The lens edges feature polished rounded corners with a radius of R0.1-0-R0.2, preventing lens damage during the sealing process.

LED Glass Lenses: Replacing the past silicone and PC encapsulation, in line with international trends, utilizing optical glass materials such as BK7, K9, Schott B270, etc. Cold-processed optically for extended product lifespan.
