Plastic Tube Cap

1. For plastic pipe caps stored long-term, timely inspection is necessary. Keep the exposed processing surface clean and free of dirt. Store them indoors in a dry, shaded area, either stacked or outdoors. Always maintain the caps' dryness and ventilation, keeping them clean for proper storage.

2. Plastic pipe plug with a plastic cap installed on steel pipes, which can be mounted at any position along the pipeline under normal circumstances, facilitating operation and inspection. Pay attention to the sealing of the plastic pipe plug to prevent leaks and affect normal operation.

3. Ball valves, gate valves, and globe valves equipped with plastic pipe plugs can only be fully open or fully closed; they are not to be used for flow regulation to prevent erosion of the sealing surfaces and accelerated wear. Both gate valves and upper threaded stop valves are fitted with reverse sealing devices. By turning the handwheel to the upper position and tightening it, leakage of the packing medium can be prevented.

4. Use the handwheel to block the plastic tube. Do not rely on levers or anything else to prevent damage to the valve parts. Clockwise rotation of the handwheel closes it; counterclockwise rotation opens it.
