During the hot operation process, it is essential to ensure that the longitudinal expansion towards the rear and the lateral expansion from the center axis of the boiler towards both sides of the grate are not obstructed.
The gap between the side seal and edge grate should strictly comply with the drawing requirements.
Diagonal deviations on both side panels are no greater than 4mm.
The parallel spacing between the side wall panels allows for an error of 0 to 3mm.
Left and right side wall panels must not exceed a vertical height difference of 3mm.
The crossbeam on the bracket must be ensured to be on the same horizontal plane. Deviation should not exceed 2mm.
The upper guide rail should be straight, and strict adherence is required to ensure the spacing between the guide rails meets the drawing specifications.
The lower guides should align with the corresponding upper guides, and the distance between adjacent lower guides should meet the requirements specified in the drawings.
The active shaft axis and the transverse axis of the rear slide should be parallel and meet the requirements of the drawings.
The shaft center height difference between the active shaft and the grate reducer output shaft does not exceed 0.5mm.
After straightening the chains at the same tensile level, the relative length deviation among all chains on the same grate does not exceed 5mm.
Same cross-section adjacent beams on the chain must maintain an expansion gap of 6mm; if not, they should be filed to the correct size.
After the furnace chain is installed, the grate bars should be aligned properly, and the unloaded operation should not show any signs of jamming or falling off.
The installation of the front windshield must not have any warping or unevenness.
The seal between the coal hopper and the side wall must be tight.
The coal gate in the coal hopper should be flexible in its lifting and lowering.
The grate exhaust pipe, air chamber, and ash discharge door should be sealed properly, with the ash discharge rod operating smoothly for easy pull and push.
No iron or other debris is allowed to fall or remain trapped in any part of the grate.
