Alloy Steel Pipe Rust Removal Process
Firstly, the rust removal grade. For the application of anti-corrosion coatings such as epoxy, vinyl, and phenolic resins commonly used on alloy pipes, the general requirement is to achieve a near-white level on the surface of the alloy pipe. Evidence from practice shows that almost all oxidation scales can be removed at this rust removal grade. Rust and other contaminants fully meet the adhesion requirements of the anti-corrosion layer and the alloy pipe, allowing the spray rust removal process to be maintained at a lower cost. This ensures a reliable condition for achieving a near-white quality.
