I. Working Principle

BWZJ-FTA DC24V/AC220V Intrinsically Safe Flame Detector utilizes a high-sensitivity imported ultraviolet phototube, which boasts high sensitivity, rapid response speed, and simple application circuitry. It specifically responds to ultraviolet light within a narrow range of 185~260nm during flame combustion, remaining insensitive to other spectral ranges of light. This feature allows for the detection of ultraviolet light during flame combustion, thereby determining the presence and size of flames. Consequently, the detector is sensitive only to the ultraviolet light produced by flame combustion, showing no reaction to sunlight or high-temperature radiation from furnace walls, and exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities.
