BWFZJ-13K DC24V/AC220V UV Flame Detector is a specialized flame detector designed and developed to meet the needs of industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, coal chemical, and ceramics. This product features simplicity, reliability, and ease of use and maintenance, making it suitable for flame detection in various gas and oil furnaces as well as torches.
I. Working Principle:
BWFZJ-13K DC24V/AC220V UV Flame Detector utilizes a high-sensitivity imported UV phototube, featuring high sensitivity, fast response time, and simple application circuit. It only responds to UV radiation within a narrow range of 185~260nm during flame combustion, being insensitive to other UV spectrum ranges. This allows for the detection of UV radiation during flame combustion, thereby determining the presence and intensity of flames. Consequently, the detector is sensitive only to UV radiation generated by flame combustion, unresponsive to sunlight and high-temperature radiation from furnaces, and has strong anti-interference capabilities.
