     The control box is an Ex ddebⅡBT4 explosion-proof type, with an external BWZJ-FTA explosion-proof integrated flame detector, internally equipped with circuit breakers, intermediate relays, time relays, power switches, buttons, indicator lights, and other control components.BWZJ-FTA Intrinsically Safe Flame DetectorUtilize our high-performance products, with electrical components sourced from domestic well-known brands to ensure reliable equipment operation. The system features both manual/automatic functions. In manual operation, if an unexpected shutdown occurs, the system only alarms without interlocking to close the valves; it is used only during debugging and maintenance, and should be used cautiously under other conditions. During automatic operation, the system has a shutdown interlock protection function. In case of an unexpected shutdown during system operation, the gas solenoid valve can be promptly closed to ensure system safety. Additionally, manual operation signals, automatic operation signals, fuel valve interlock signals, ignition signals, and shutdown alarm signals can be uploaded to the host computer in the form of switch quantities, facilitating operator monitoring. This control system is simple, safe, and reliable to operate.
