The BWFZJ-13K-3, designed and produced by Baowei Yan Kong, primarily functions to promptly interlock and shut off the fuel valve with an alarm in the event of an unexpected shutdown (select one from three options), or low gas pressure (factory-set low-pressure alarm below 500Pa, adjustable during operation according to process requirements). The signal is then uploaded to the central control room, facilitating real-time monitoring by operators. This control system is simple to operate, safe, and reliable.


Installation and Wiring:

■ Installation of Detection Probes (Special Note)The ultraviolet flame detector is a non-contact flame monitor. When installing, please aim the probe at the flame. The probe operates at a temperature of 80°C. When using on burners or other high-temperature equipment, the detection channel in front of the probe must be ventilated and cooled. The diameter of the detection channel must be no less than Φ18, and the installation thread of the probe is M20×1.5.

■  Control box installation

The explosion-proof box is designed for wall mounting. It can be installed at an appropriate location on-site with four M8 bolts. The installation position should be avoided from high temperatures, intense vibrations, or impacts.

■ Please refer to the wiring diagram inside the control box for wiring.

■ Note that flame signal cables should not be routed together with high current power lines within the same conduit. They should be installed separately. After the installation and confirmation of correct wiring, power can be applied for operation.
