
Application Scope:Primarily used in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment projects, this machine removes floating debris from water. It integrates four functions—waste interception, grate debris removal, screw lifting, and squeezing dehydration—into one, making it a new and efficient grate cleaning machine.
Operating Principle and Structure:Floating debris in the water is intercepted in the basket after passing through the grille filter. As the amount of trapped waste increases, the filtering area gradually diminishes, and the head loss gradually increases. When the water level difference between the inside and outside of the basket reaches the set value, the cleaning rake automatically reverses to comb out the grille debris, which is then discharged into the collecting trough in the basket. The debris drips as it moves upward, and by the time it reaches the top compression section, it is squeezed for dehydration. The solid content after dehydration can reach about 40%, and it is then transferred to storage containers for external disposal.
