BTYX Type Mobile Sludge Sucker

Technical Specifications Table

BTYX Type Mobile Sludge Extractor
1. Usage
The drive-on sludge scraper is suitable for horizontal sedimentation basins in wastewater treatment plants. Its primary function is to scrape the settled sludge at the bottom and collect it into the sludge suction pipe, which is then discharged into the sedimentation pond. The operation is continuous, with scraping occurring as the machine runs.

Section II: Model Description
III. Features:
1. The work bridge features a truss structure, offering simplicity, aesthetics, and lightness. 2. Easy maintenance and low operating costs. 3. Multiple options for the motion reducer: Axially mounted, with a simple and solid structure, easy for inspection; equipped with a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, cost-effective, high transmission efficiency, and steel wheels for the walking wheels. 4. The system control cabinet is of outdoor type, ensuring safety and reliability, with both on-site and remote control capabilities. The transmission device can be customized according to user requirements, including cable hangers (standard configuration), sliding busbars, cable drums, and other types. The dimensions, materials, and other accessories of the equipment can be tailored to meet user needs.
IV. Structure and Operating Process
Traveling sludge suction machines can be divided into two types based on the sludge suction method: pump suction mixers and siphon sludge machines. The traveling pump suction sludge machine consists of main components such as the working bridge, suction pipes, mud collection plates, mud discharge pipes, submerged sludge mixing, driving mechanism, electrical control box, and optional accessories like the discharge triangle plate. The traveling siphon sludge machine is composed of main components including the working bridge, suction-mixing pipes, mud collection plates, vacuum suction system (vacuum), driving mechanism, electrical control box, and optional accessories like the discharge triangle plate. The traveling (siphon) sludge machine is supported by four points and moves across a horizontal sedimentation area, with double-side drive and tracks laid on both sides of the ground. It runs from one end of the ground to the other end of the pond while suctioning sludge. The reciprocating movement is controlled by limit switches at both ends. The running and stopping time is controlled by a timer relay based on the sludge volume. Device layout, technical parameters, and civil engineering dimensions are shown in the charts.
