It also has a 100mm spring billet CNC medium-frequency induction electric heating production line.

Our other products include: coke oven protective iron components, heavy-duty steel structural parts, transverse and longitudinal rods, furnace doors, blade edges, webs, gas regulating devices, regulating valves, exchange valves, orifice plates, high and low-pressure ammonia water nozzles, dedusting devices for coke quenching towers, ground dedusting stations, and other non-standard equipment manufacturing.

Our company produces coke oven columns for steelmaking coking equipment and longitudinal and transverse tie rod products. We have invested in over 300 welding equipment units, including fully automatic heavy-duty H-beam submerged arc welding production lines, automatic assembly machines, straightening machines, and heavy-duty through-type shot blasting machines, to manufacture non-standard heavy-duty steel structural welding products such as columns and tie rods for numerous steel and coking plants.
