Chengdu's Longevity-Focused Residential Container Installation Standards

Steel structure components must meet standard requirements during installation; ensure no welding positions are missed and no incorrect welds are made, which could lead to later instability or cracking.

2. During wall installation, ensure the walls are plumb and level, the joints are tight and smooth, the depth and width of the gaps are consistent, and the panel surface must not be damaged.

3. For indoor wallpaper installation, ensure a smooth surface without bubbles and keep it tidy.

4. Ceiling panels should be installed flat with straight seams and consistent gaps. Wallpapers must be clean and free of any cracks or damage. Any damaged areas during transit should be repaired.

5. Floorboards should be laid on a level base of mortar; flooring with cracks is prohibited from installation and use.

The surface of cement or fine-grained concrete should be compact and smooth, free from cracks, peeling, sanding, hollowing, and other defects.

7. Asbestos shingles must be laid against the wind direction characteristics of the local area, maintaining a straight eave line. The shingles must be free of cracks, with the vertical overlap of the shingles being no less than 100mm, and the horizontal overlap of the corrugated shingles covering at least one wave, while the small wave shingles cover at least two waves. Each asbestos shingle should have two fixed points for the clips, which should be tightened moderately. There should be no leakage on the roof.

8. The steel sheet joints of the container mobile house are securely welded, with proper anti-corrosion treatment at the joints. There should be no water accumulation inside the gutter and no leakage. The downspout is installed vertically and securely, with a bracket spacing of 1300mm between each bracket.

Windows and doors are installed accurately in their positions and securely bolted.
