To ensure the longevity of our residential containers in Chengdu, we must adhere to strict installation standards. What are these installation standards for residential container housing? Please read the introduction by Chengdu Lightweight Housing Engineering Co., Ltd. in the following text.
Chengdu's Longevity-Loving Residential Container Installation Standards
1. Steel structure components must meet standard requirements; ensure all welding positions are not missed and are accurately executed to prevent future instability or cracking.
2. During wall installation, the walls should be installed horizontally and vertically, the joints should be tightly and smoothly filled, the depth and width of the joints should be consistent, and the panels should not be damaged.
3. If wallpapering indoors is required, ensure a smooth, bubble-free, and tidy finish.
4. Ceiling tiles are assembled flat with straight seams and consistent gaps. Wallpapers must be clean and free of any cracks or broken areas. Damages to the wallpaper during transit should be repaired.
5. Floorboards should be laid on mortar; floorboards with cracks are prohibited from installation and use.
The surface of cement or fine aggregate concrete should be dense and smooth, without any defects such as cracks, peeling, sanding, or hollowing.
7. Asbestos shingles must be laid against the wind according to local wind characteristics, maintaining a straight eave line. The shingles must be free of cracks, with vertical overlaps of not less than 100mm, and horizontal overlaps of at least one wave for medium-wave shingles and two waves for small-wave shingles. Each asbestos shingle should have two fixed points for the clips, which should be tightened moderately. There should be no leakage on the roof.
8. The corrugated steel joints of the container mobile house are securely welded, with proper anti-corrosion treatment at the joints. There should be no water accumulation inside the gutter, and no leakage. The downspout is installed vertically and securely, with a bracket spacing of 1300mm between each bracket.
Windows and doors are installed in precise locations and securely fastened with bolts.
10. Portable living containers offer mobility and recyclability at any time.
