The Difference Between Pneumatic Lift Shafts and Other Lift Shafts
Many customers find it challenging to choose the right type of telescopic pole among the numerous options available for purchase. They inquire with our technical staff about whether pneumatic or electric telescopic poles are better. We respond by explaining that different models and specifications of telescopic poles are suitable for various situations and requirements. It depends on where it will be used; selecting the right model ensures a better fit and higher cost-effectiveness.
Currently, lift poles on the market can be categorized into three types based on their power sources: pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic. Hydraulic lift poles, due to their heavy weight and the tendency of the oil to freeze in winter, are gradually phasing out of the market. Pneumatic and electric lift poles are more commonly used in China, with pneumatic lift poles particularly favored by international customers.
Analysis of the Advantages and Disadvantages of Pneumatic Lift Rods
Advantages of Pneumatic Lift Poles:
1. Due to the internal use of air pressure and hollow rod structure, the weight is light.
2. Heavy-duty, capable of carrying up to 350 kilograms in weight.
3. Due to the sealed design between the sections of the pressure-lift mast, the gaps between sections are minimal, effectively preventing significant top deflection.
The disadvantages of pneumatic lifting rods:
1. Requires gas source.
2. Cost High 11:30 AM, January 2, 2025
