Adhesive Strength: The blackened workpieces treated with our product are free of any floating black particles and have a dense film layer. Through repeated testing, the surface of the blackened workpieces, when tested with experimental filter paper, withstands 500 or more cycles of wiping without revealing the metallic substrate. In contrast, traditional room-temperature blackening products struggle to exceed 100 cycles.
2. Strong Corrosion Resistance: The blackened workpieces treated by this process can withstand salt spray tests for up to 10 hours, while traditional blackening methods at room temperature rarely exceed 3 hours. In the sulfur copper corrosion resistance test, the national standard for passing is 30 seconds. Our products typically achieve 50 to 200 seconds, demonstrating strong corrosion resistance.

Minimal Sludge, Ultra-High Processing Capacity: The traditional room temperature blackening liquid commonly suffers from severe sedimentation or post-sedimentation, resulting in a loss of up to 40%-65% of its active ingredients and low efficiency. Wide Time Range for Easy Operation: Traditional at-room-temperature blackening products have strict operation time limits, as extended blackening time can lead to floating blackening or even loose and scrapped products. This is due to the insufficiently dense blackening film and poor adhesion, allowing the blackening liquid to penetrate the formed film and continue to react with the metal substrate, thereby damaging the film layer.
