Pipe HeaterA preheating energy-saving device for materials, installed prior to the material equipment, directly heats the material, causing it to circulate in high temperatures, ultimately achieving energy conservation. It is applied in the preheating of heavy oil, asphalt, and other fuel oils.
The pipe heater consists of two parts: the body and the control system. The heating element is protected by a stainless steel pipe sleeve, using high-temperature resistance alloy wire, magnesium oxide powder, and formed through compression technology. The control section employs a digital circuit, integrated circuit trigger, and high-voltage silicon-controlled rectifiers, etc., to form a adjustable temperature measurement and constant-temperature control system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.
Product Applications
Pipe HeaterThe medium can be heated from the initial temperature to the required temperature, up to 850°C. It is applied to many scientific research and production laboratories in aerospace, industry, chemical industry, and universities. Particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. The heating medium of the product is non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and the heated space warms up quickly (可控).
Terms of Use
The working voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated value, and the housing should be effectively grounded.
2. The effective heating size must be fully immersed in water to prevent empty burning.
3. Tube surfaces should be cleaned of scale regularly to prevent heat dissipation issues and extend lifespan.
4. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance falls below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, the voltage can be reduced to heat the components through electrical conduction or by placing them in an oven to dry, until the insulation resistance is restored.
Avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
The air can be heated to very high temperatures, up to 450°C, while the shell temperature remains around 50°C.
Rapid heating and cooling rate blocks, up to 10℃/s, adjustment is fast and stable. No overshooting or lagging of the controlled air temperature, ensuring temperature control remains consistent. Ideal for automatic control.
Excellent mechanical properties: Due to its alloy material heating element, it is more mechanically robust under the impact of high-pressure air flow than any other heating element...
Under strict adherence to the operating procedures, the lifespan extends for a decade or more.
