Electrical heat melting connectors ensure uniform heating of the heat shrink sleeve, leading to even melting. This guarantees a strong, integrated weld between the sleeve and the main pipe. After high-density polyethylene heat shrink sleeve welding, a 100% airtightness test is conducted, with the test pressure not being less than 0.02 MPa. Upon passing the pressure test, polyurethane foam insulation is applied.
Adhesive Polyurethane Insulation: The polyurethane should be foamed by machine, achieving the same performance and insulation effect as straight pipes.
