Our company boasts multiple extrusion production lines, with extrusion diameters now reaching 1600mm. Our daily production capacity is 20 tons.
During the extrusion process, the outer sleeve is treated with corona polarization and fixed-size shaping. The polarization equipment is a fully integrated domestic unit developed by our factory based on new technology. The principle involves polarizing the non-polar polyethylene molecules through overvoltage, creating a layer of polar molecules on the inner wall of the polyethylene, thereby enhancing the adhesion between polyethylene and polyurethane foam. This ensures that the bonding strength of the high-density polyethylene outer sheath with the polyurethane foam meets the standard specification requirements.
High-density polyethylene outer sheath processing involves internal pressure and external diameter shaping technology, along with qualified polyethylene granules. These granules are processed through an automatic feeding and drying unit, followed by plasticizing extrusion, pressure sizing, spray cooling, axial traction, airtight sealing device, corona polarization, and pipe cutting, resulting in continuous production.
