1. Structural Form
Work Fittings: Steel pipe fittings, PERT fittings, PE fittings, etc.
Insulation: Rigid polyurethane foam used.
Leakage Alarm Wire: During the manufacturing of high-temperature pre-fabricated buried thermal insulation pipes, an alarm wire is embedded in the insulation layer near the steel pipe. Should a leakage occur at any point in the pipeline, the alarm wire transmits the signal, triggering an alarm on a dedicated detection instrument and displaying the exact location and severity of the leakage. This allows maintenance personnel to quickly address the leaking section, ensuring the safe operation of the heating network.
Outer Sheath: High-density polyethylene outer sheath, glass fiber reinforced plastic outer sheath, galvanized iron sheet, etc.
2. Application Scope
Polyurethane buried insulation pipe fittings are suitable for heat preservation and cooling of liquids and gases with medium temperatures not exceeding 150°C and pressures not exceeding 2.5 Mpa.
Steel clad steel straight buried thermal insulation pipe fittings are suitable for heating and cooling of liquids and gases with a medium temperature not exceeding 350°C and a pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa.
