(4) Leak Alert Wire: During the manufacturing of high-temperature pre-fabricated buried insulation pipes, an alert wire is embedded in the insulation layer close to the steel pipe. In case of a leak at any point in the pipeline, the alert wire transmits a signal, triggering an alarm on a dedicated detection instrument. This instrument displays the precise location and severity of the leak, enabling repair personnel to quickly address the leaking section and ensure the safe operation of the heating network.
