Composite lightweight aggregate subbase concrete is made by mixing pre-mixed subbase powder and composite lightweight aggregates with water. It is primarily used for floor subbase, kitchen and toilet subbase, moisture-proof layer, and slope-finding layer, featuring lightweight high strength, thermal insulation, and easy construction. The pre-mixed subbase powder is a uniform dry blended powder made from cement, fly ash, and additives in a factory. The composite lightweight aggregates are formed by blending crushed polyurethane granular aggregates with subbase powder of inorganic binder materials, and then mixed with pre-mixed subbase powder and water at the construction site to form composite lightweight aggregate concrete subbase. The composite lightweight aggregate subbase concrete has the benefits of light weight, thermal insulation, excellent construction performance, pre-packaged for easy use without on-site weighing, simple production technology, and superior compressive strength.
Lightweight: The addition of polyurethane particles reduces the density of concrete and increases its porosity, allowing for a weight reduction of 30%-60% in the same volume. This reduces the load on buildings and extends their lifespan.
Environmental Protection: Overcame the challenge of environmentally friendly disposal of polyurethane waste, effectively reducing environmental pollution while protecting ecological balance and lowering production costs. Found new recyclable uses for polyurethane waste in insulation materials. At the same time, the company achieved good social and economic benefits. Energy-saving: Saved over 65% of energy consumption. Earthquake Resistance: Reduced the severity of damage caused by earthquakes. Waterproof: Improved waterproofing by over 50% compared to common building materials. Sound Absorption: Polyurethane has a low density and numerous pores, making it an excellent soundproofing material. When sound waves reach the surface of polyurethane rigid foam and enter the interior along the material's pores, it causes vibrations in the air within the pores and the fine fibers of the material. Due to friction and viscous resistance, a significant portion of the sound energy is converted into heat and dissipated. Insulation: Polyurethane rigid foam has high strength and a low thermal conductivity coefficient, making it the most widely used insulation material internationally. Fire Retardant: The product's fire rating reaches Grade A.
