
Application Scope
DFW High-Voltage Cable Branch Box Series, widely used for node connections in 35kV, 24kV, and 10kV cable systems, it is the primary electrical equipment for collecting and branching out from the switchgear.
The cable joints in the tap-off box are tightly insulated with high-grade rubber, ensuring no exposed live parts; switches in switch-type tap-off boxes are all equipped with SF6 insulated load switches.
The DFW branch box is designed for outdoor, maintenance-free operation, ensuring safety and reliability with an IP33 protection rating. The underground junction box is flood-resistant. This product is widely used in urban industrial parks, residential areas, commercial centers, mines, and large enterprises in steel, automotive, oil, chemical, and cement industries, as well as other power distribution scenarios. It is particularly suitable for urban grid renovation projects, significantly reducing electrical equipment and cable investment while enhancing power supply reliability.

◆ The housing is made of metal steel plate or stainless steel plate, 2mm thick, featuring anti-corrosion design and special coating treatment, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments (service life ≥ 30 years).
◆All-weather outdoor, full-protected structure, suitable for high temperatures, extreme cold, flood immersion, and high dust areas.
◆Totally sealed and insulated construction, no insulation distance required; high-voltage live parts are all connected with silicon rubber or EPDM prefabricated cable connectors, effectively ensuring personal safety.
◆Flexible combinations can achieve up to seven branching outputs, which can be integrated with SF6 load break switches to form a ring main supply, fully meeting various wiring requirements.
◆Cable joints can act as switches, allowing load insertion and removal, and can interrupt a 200A load current.
◆ After installing the fault indicator, circuit failures can be detected quickly.
