Primary Structure
The main frame is constructed with 8MF type open-section steel, featuring mounting holes with a pitch of 20mm and 100mm on both sides of the steel section, as well as a center hole with a diameter of 9.2mm, allowing for flexible and convenient installation.
2. The main frame assembly is designed in two forms, a fully assembled structure and a partially welded structure (side frames and beams), for customer selection.
3. The various functional compartments of the equipment are isolated from each other, divided into functional unit rooms, busbars rooms, and cable rooms. The functions of each room are relatively independent.
4. The horizontal main lines are arranged in a flat, cabinet-mounted layout to enhance the busbar's resistance to electromagnetic forces, which is a fundamental measure to ensure the main circuit has high short-circuit strength capability.
5. The cable compartment design facilitates easy up and down cable entry and exit.
